One Day Anti-Aging Yogurt Diet

Breakfast

  • 1 cup of muesli or granola
  • 1 cup yogurt with fruit

Lunch

Cucumber Yogurt Salad

  • 1 cucumber
  • 6 oz plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • 1/4 white beans
  • 1/2 cup chopper lettuce or spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill

Mix all but the lettuce/spinach and refrigerate overnight. Drain, add the greens and stuff into pita bread.

Dinner

Grilled Veggies and Tahini Sauce

  • Spray cut veggies such as Japanese eggplant, carrots, broccoli, green beans and mushrooms, and grill until tender 10-15 minutes.

Top with Tahini Sauce

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 1 crushed clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

Between meals enjoy a sweet Lassi (drink very cold)

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/8 teaspoon stevia sweetener
  • 1 1/4 cups cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon very finely chopped fresh mint
